DEPOSIT POLICY

All appointments require a non refundable deposit. 

The deposit comes out of the total price of the tattoo (final session).

I require at least 72 hours notice to change an appointment. Otherwise you lose your deposit. No exceptions. 

If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged for the full cost of the planned tattoo session. No exceptions.

You are allowed to change your original appointment one time. More than one re-schedule requires a new deposit. You must reschedule within 30 days or your deposit will be forfeited. 


YOU FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT IF:

You arrive more than 15 mins late without having contacted me.

You are over 30 mins late after contacting me (I either start running the clock at that point or I cancel the appointment if it throws off my schedule for the day).

You significantly change the concept of the design after our initial email.

You fail to give 72 hours notice to change your appointment.

If you lose your deposit and want to reschedule, a double deposit will be required to book a new date.

Deposits held for more than 30 days without contact from the client are subject to forfeit. 

 

HOW I WORK

I do all custom designs, but I do not email drawings to clients ahead of time. I will show you your drawing on the day of the appointment.

While I know people are eager to see their drawings, I find it's much easier to communicate in person. I also need to protect my drawings from being stolen. If any changes need to be made, we will do them together. And rest assured, we won't start until we're both happy with the design.  

I charge hourly for large designs and I give a flat rate for smaller or one-off pieces. For large scale pieces, the first hour of stenciling and design re-work is on the house. After that, I start running the clock. 


TOUCH-UP POLICY

If you follow my aftercare instructions and need a touch-up, please contact me asap.

I will do one complimentary touch up within 3 months of the completion of a tattoo. 

I do not offer free touch-ups on hands, feet, fingers or necks.


FLOWERHOUSE COVID SAFETY POLICIES

We are a fully vaccinated space. 

• Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring someone with you to your appointment.

• Please be sure to eat beforehand.

• Please follow CDC guidelines in relation to Covid ie: exposure to covid positive folks etc.

Please RESCHEDULE your appointment if you are experiencing fever, cough or any contagious symptoms. Give as much notice as possible!
